Operative defense and intervention techniques
Operative defense and intervention techniques with and without weapons are an indispensable part of the training for emergency services. In many situations, close-range confrontations occur that require quick and controlled interventions. These techniques enable proportionate action and help to specifically ward off dangers to oneself and others. They strengthen the certainty of action as well as the mental resilience and ability to improvise under stress. This forms a crucial basis for dealing professionally with violent or dynamic operational situations.
