Mission Planning
Lack of planning is not flexibility, but negligence. During an operation, one bears not only the responsibility for the success of the project, but above all for the safety of all forces involved. It is therefore crucial to consider every possible contingency at an early stage and to convert it into advantageous courses of action. A central focus is on enabling the deployed forces to develop their missions independently and plan them down to the last detail. This careful preparation has a significant impact on the overall outcome of a mission.
In the three-day course, we will go through the following training content with you
Task analysis and derivation of mission objectives
Development of emergency and contingency plans
Infiltration / Insertion plan (logistical & organizational aspects)
Exfiltration / Extraction plan repatriation procedures
Analysis of the enemy situation and relevant influencing factors
Analysis of own situation, capabilities and resources
Medical operation and supply chain planning
Performing structured risk analyses
Evaluation of terrain, environment and infrastructures
Analysis of Pattern of Life and environmental dynamics
Creation of comprehensive detailed plans
Preparation and execution of professional mission briefings
Independent planning of various scenario-based missions

Local conditions
- The course takes place in the Operative Tactics & Medicine Training Center. This is located near Hammelburg (Bavaria). The exact location will be announced upon conclusion of the contract.

- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physically unrestricted
Limited to members of authorities
Courses with this designation are intended exclusively for members of the German Armed Forces, police, customs, professional weapon carriers and assigned reservists and are limited to them. A presentation of a valid service (police) or troop ID (German Armed Forces) is required upon commencement of the course.
Note: In order for the training to take place, the minimum number of participants of 6 people must be reached
