Enjoy the second part of Marc Zierden’s deployment report. We got goosebumps, did you too?
Here’s a quick recap about Marc:
Marc Zierden was a temporary soldier in Parachute Battalion 261 Lebach (Saarland Brigade) and is a reservist and Master Medic in 11./Parachute Regiment 31, Seedorf.
In 2006, he supported the EUFOR mission in the Congo for over five months and was deployed in Kunduz in 2008 and 2009 – in the infantry company.
In order to pass on his knowledge and experience to as many interested parties as possible, Marc created the social media profile Standing Veteran and has since been in active exchange with the community.
