The Company

Operative Fähigkeiten is a company born out of our shared passion and experience in tactics and technology. Our focus is on providing proven and tested expertise in a practical manner to train members of our executive and authorities around the world, as well as to prepare them for the worst-case scenario.

We are grateful for the trust placed in our customized training and are proud to demonstrably work with German and neighboring police and armed forces authorities.

“ONE STEP AHEAD!”

… is our motto and is reflected in our attitude, training, and procedures. Because the right training decides between life and death in case of doubt.

Due to our backgrounds, we have had the privilege of enjoying unique training and gaining experience, which we now want to pass on. Because knowledge only lives as long as it is passed on. As former members of German special forces, we and our company stand behind the free democratic basic order.

The Instructors

Mike Müller: CQB & Shooting Instructor

“As a former soldier of a SOF unit, in German Specialized/Special Forces, I was trained to the highest professional and comprehensive standards and deployed abroad.

Through my use as a team leader and specialist for creating access (Breacher), I achieved a very high level of training in urban assault tactics (CQB).

I then completed specialization as a sniper, up to sniper shooting instructor, and was additionally trained in climate zones such as the “jungle” in the Brazilian Amazon, the “Arctic” on the Swedish-northern Arctic Circle, or on the desert sniper course in Spain.

This is only a part of the specializations I went through during my service. This diversity represents a unique selling point even in the SOF area.”

Julius Bock: Tactical Ballistic Shield & CQB Drone

“My background as a paratrooper and experienced anti-poaching ranger allows me to draw tactical conclusions that are far from the norm.

The applied operational skills from the African bushveld paired with the German understanding of tactics is my strength and unique selling point.

In particular, self-sufficient work is my core competence, as well as my use as a TCCC instructor and tactical shield trainer.

I would like to apply and pass on this experience in order to save lives and protect people.”

Max: Operative Close Combat & Self-Defense

During my 12 years of service in the parachute regiment, I was qualified, among other things, as a training manager for military close combat. Through my foreign deployments, I know the reality of operations and its demands on a functioning close combat system.

After leaving the specialized forces of the German Armed Forces, I worked for several years as a police trainer at the Federal Criminal Police Office, where I specialized in the area of defense and intervention techniques.

I have competed in MMA fights at a professional level, am a Krav Maga instructor, and have continued to specialize in the area of grappling/ground fighting.

Due to my background in various security authorities, I am familiar with both military and police operational scenarios.

Christian: Pedagogy & Training Optimization

After my service with the German Armed Forces in the military police and my subsequent studies in social work/social pedagogy, I worked as an experiential educator and teacher, among other things.

In my many years of working with people and groups of various ages and life backgrounds, I have gained extensive experience in dealing with social dynamics and group pedagogical processes. This experience is specifically incorporated into the conception and implementation of the courses – especially with regard to practical and sustainable training optimization.

It is always evident how each individual participant contributes to the enrichment of a team through individual strengths and thus increases the common learning process.
